Molecular hydrogen naturally decreases over time.

Collecting fresh water every few days helps ensure you are experiencing the water as intended throughout the 7 Day Experience.

A commonly used hydration guideline is:

Body Weight (kg) × 0.033

For example:

60kg = approximately 2.0 litres

70kg = approximately 2.3 litres

80kg = approximately 2.6 litres

90kg = approximately 3.0 litres

Individual hydration needs may vary depending on activity levels, climate, diet and lifestyle.

Most people begin with the 8.5 pH Molecular Hydrogen Water during the first few days.

Your guide provides a suggested progression throughout the 7 Day Experience.
