Sanjay has spent over 25 years coaching and training entrepreneurs across accountancy, medicine and property investment, helping high achievers unlock emotional intelligence and reach new levels of success.

In 2023 he discovered the TWT opportunity through Declan Dore DD and after seeing its potential, made the bold decision in 2025 to take a sabbatical from his thriving business to focus fully on building a new future with TWT.

Now, Sanjay is combining his wealth of coaching experience with the power of the TWT platform, building a thriving business and mentoring others to create the freedom and lifestyle they’ve always wanted.

Dave has been running his own businesses since 2005, initially in the health and safety sector, branching into property investing in 2016.

Being able to earn regular rental income was the main driver behind buying and then renting property, as well as the overall benefits of having multiple income streams.

Dave was introduced to this business by his good friend Sanjay and saw the business model potential. Similar in some ways to property investing, the ability to earn regular income remotely, but with a far lower initial investment required.

Drawing on his coaching experience from working with Sanjay, Dave is excited at the prospect of building a successful team and now sees this business as a vehicle for improving health and wellness, unlocking financial opportunity and creating lasting freedom.

After leaving corporate life in 1999, Jackie made a conscious decision to build a life centred around freedom, purpose and people.

That decision led her to create a successful franchise business, which meant that by the time she got married and raised her two -now teenage - sons, she had the flexibility and control over her time to support her family, her husband with his family business and continue with her own. 

Along the way Jackie became part of the franchise training team, created and led successful mentoring programs and stepped into leadership, now serving as a Non-Executive Director to the business where she continues to support and empower individuals to look, feel and perform at their best.

Her foundations were shaped much earlier. Growing up on a farm in the West Country, Jackie experienced first-hand the true meaning of purpose led business, community and connection; people supported each other, worked together and had fun.

This early influence combined with her studies in Business Systems through the lens of IT gave her a deep understanding of culture and how the right environment alongside coaching, training and mentoring, allows people to grow and thrive.

In 2025 Jackie joined Together We Thrive, drawn to the strength of the community and the genuine connection at its core. What stood out was the alignment of purpose, skills and support, all beginning with the individual and developing from the inside out, naturally complementing her existing mentoring approach.

Fuelled by a strong sense of purpose, Jackie is passionate about helping people create freedom, open up new possibilities and move towards the life they truly want.

At the heart of her work is guiding individuals to identify their purpose, play to their strengths and find a natural sense of flow in both life and business.

For most of his early working life Mick worked hands-on in the engineering industry. Travelling & living away from home, for the most part burning out whilst building other people’s dreams. Then the shift came and Mick started his own engineering business in order to build his dreams, leading to him working in most European countries, Scandinavia & the USA.

Mick is husband to his best friend and love Gabi, laughing, playing & working together in life’s great adventure. Meeting people of all cultures energizes Mick and given the choice, you will find him motorcycling with Gabi and mates, riding to raise money for Air Ambulance charities, out to cafés, by water, loving adventure and the great outdoors.

Mick joined TWT for three reasons, community, pension and adventure. Mick wants to remain connected with people long after “normal” retirement age and be able to make a difference in their lives. Creating a business he can work, build and continue enjoy, no matter what age excites him. Improving his health and being paid to play wherever he chooses to be.
